Covid-19 Support Group

Do you find yourself struggling emotionally during this time? Maybe you have been diagnosed with anxiety and/or depression in the past and your symptoms are worsening right now. Or, you may be someone who has never struggled with mental health but you are having difficulty managing racing thoughts, panic, worry, fatigue, helplessness, hopelessness, poor sleep, poor appetite, or lack of interest in activities you used to enjoy. Social connection and social support are remarkably beneficial during times of crisis and uncertainty. If you are looking for peer support, facilitated by a mental health professional, you would be a great fit for our Covid-19 Support Group. We are currently accepting both adults and teens for this support group (teens and adults will be in separate groups).

Worry Management Group

Would you describe yourself as a worrier? Do you find yourself getting caught up in anxious thoughts and worries without knowing how to change the cycle of worry? Portland Anxiety Clinic is excited to announce our Worry Management Group, specifically designed to help people better understand the worry process and ways to alleviate their worry, in order to live a more fulfilled life. We are currently accepting both adults and teens for this support group (teens and adults will be in separate groups).
